Measure your foot and match it to the foot length column in our size chart — it is the one number that never changes between scales. Measure in the evening, when your feet are at their largest, and use the larger foot if they differ.
Yes. Every pair is the same shoe for women and men. The UK and EU numbers are identical for everyone; only the US scale differs, which is why the size chart has a Women and a Men tab.
They are three ways of writing the same size. The page opens in the scale most common in your country, and you can switch between them at any time. Whichever you pick, the pair that goes into your basket is the same.
Take the larger one. The same applies if you have wide feet, if your feet swell during the day, or if you plan to wear your own insoles.
The toe box is roomier than a standard trainer and the upper is a stretch knit, so there is more space across the forefoot. If you usually buy a wide fitting, order half a size up.
Yes, on models with a removable insole. Take the original insole out and put yours in its place. The product description tells you whether that model has one.
Our range runs in the sizes shown on each product page. Where a half size is not available, take the next size up rather than down.
Each pair is built around the way your foot moves: contoured arch support, a cushioned heel, a stable non-slip sole and a roomier toe box. Together they help keep your feet aligned and spread pressure more evenly with every step.
Many people with sensitive or tired feet find our shoes more comfortable for daily wear thanks to the extra support and cushioning. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have ongoing pain, we recommend speaking with a podiatrist or healthcare professional.
Most customers feel comfortable from the first day. If your feet are not used to arch support, wear them a few hours a day during the first week so your feet can adjust.
Yes. The cushioned midsole and supportive structure are designed for long days on your feet, whether you are at work, travelling or walking around town.
They are made for everyday walking and all-day wear rather than running or sport. For daily walks they work well.
The outsole is textured for grip on everyday surfaces such as pavement, tiles and indoor floors. Like any shoe, take care on wet or icy ground.
They are light for a supportive shoe, thanks to the knit upper and a foam midsole. The exact weight varies by size and model.

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate after dispatch, and it can go quiet for a day or two while the parcel moves between carriers. This is normal.
Orders with more than one pair are sometimes sent from different warehouses, so they can arrive separately and each has its own tracking number.
Yes. The countries we ship to are listed at checkout, with the delivery time for each one.

Send us your order number and tell us whether you want a different size or a refund. We will reply with the instructions and the return address.
Yes, as long as the new size is in stock and the shoes are unworn, in their original packaging.
Once your return reaches us and is checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank usually takes a few working days to show it.
This depends on the reason for the return and is explained in our Returns Policy. If the shoes arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover it.
Wipe them with a soft, damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let them air dry away from direct heat. Remove the insoles and let them dry separately.
We do not recommend it. The machine can damage the sole and the support structure, and the heat of a dryer can deform them.
With daily wear, the cushioning gradually softens over time. Most people replace a daily pair after a year or so, sooner if they are on their feet all day.
